    Summary:

    1500 Granville, a multi-family, mixed-use building spanning 313,000 SF in West Los Angeles. The new five-story complex was developed by CIM Group and designed by Lorcan O'Herligy Architects (LOHA), featuring 153 units, 15,000 SF of retail and 308 spaces of subterranean parking.
