The development also includes RESIDENTIAL APARTMENTS – 425,000 sf 3-story/4-story 295-unit COMMONS BUILDING – 44,000 sf, 2 Story Building, POOL BUILDING – 27,000 sf, 2 Story Building, and MAINTENANCE BUILDING - 25,000 sf Maintenance Building.
