Atlas provides a variety of training opportunities and partners together with ABC for industry-specific curricula. We also offer a tuition reimbursement program for qualified collegiate programs.

Career success at Atlas
Danavanh Thiemthath represented Atlas Mechanical at the 2025 ABC Convention - National Craft Championship located in Las Vegas, NV. Competing against 14 of the best Sheet Metal Apprentices from across the country, he placed 3rd in the nation. This is the first time in Atlas Mechanical history that any Apprentice has qualified to the National Championship, let alone bringing home a medal. This achievement is not only a testament to Danavanh's hard work and dedication, but also a reflection of the strong mentorship and support he had along the way. Otis Inthilath and Rob White are recognized for that mentorship and guidance in shaping Danavanh's career. This has played a key role in helping Danavanh's skills and knowledge, which ultimately led to this incredible achievement.
