1500 Granville, a multi-family, mixed-use building spanning 313,000 SF in West Los Angeles. The new five-story complex was developed by CIM Group and designed by Lorcan O'Herligy Architects (LOHA), featuring 153 units, 15,000 SF of retail and 308 spaces of subterranean parking. The building features a contemporary architectural design and offers a mix of studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom and live-work unit floorplans with 16 units set aside as affordable. 1500 Granville won a 2021 Best Projects Award of Merit from Engineering News-Record in the Residential/Hospitality category - ENR California Region.
