Design Build 270,000-SF Graduate and Professional Students and Mixed-Use Housing complex consists of 853 single occupancy micro apartments; 254 one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments; and common areas resulting in a total of 1,355 beds. The project also includes a 908-space multi-floor above-ground concrete parking structure which serves students, faculty and staff residents; and 11,000 SF of common amenity and administration space. The project complies with the University of California Policy on Sustainable Practice and delivers a LEED Gold Certification.
