The work consisted of the design and construction of a new 320-person AIT Barracks located at the Presidio of Monterey, CA. This work was performed in two stages. Stage 1 included  project design along with survey/drawings of local environmentally sensitive trees, demolition of these trees, construction of a satellite parking lot, pedestrian access, and a utility run with cabling. Stage 2 included construction of a five-story barracks complex located on a small hillside parking lot and three additional parking lots. Berthing module layout includes entrance into a common kitchen/meeting area with a common toilet & shower room and two private bedrooms. Each berthing module will berths two persons.

This design-build project is a three-story, 67,346-square-foot building which houses 112 personnel. The barracks consists of 56 apartments. The units are a mixture of two-bedroom/two-bathroom and two-bedroom/one-bathroom modules. Each unit includes a living area and kitchen. The building includes a prominent main entrance, lobby, elevator and multi-purpose room. LEED Gold

Construct military family housing communities for the Presidio of Monterey (POM) and the Naval Postgraduate School (NPS). The development, with locations at the Ord Military Community on the former Fort Ord and La Mesa Village in Monterey, consists of approximately 2,400 existing, renovated, and new houses along with multiple clubhouses, ball fields, and recreation centers with indoor pools.

Design and construction of a multi-story reinforced concrete masonry Bachelor Enlisted Quarters (BEQ) building. The building includes 200 rooms with semi-private bathrooms in the standard Marine Corps 2+0 room configuration.

Construction of a new aircraft maintenance hangar, aircraft taxiway and parking apron.  This project also constructs replacement facilities for the indoor simulated marksmanship trainer and gas chamber due to the demolition of building 36, 39 and 40.  P447A provides construction of a new F-35 JSF compliant aircraft maintenance hangar.  This project will include the aircraft parking apron adjacent to the hangar and taxiway connections.  P460 provides construction of a new Aircraft Maintenance Hangar, aircraft taxiway and parking apron that are JSF compliant.
