The Glen at Scripps Ranch is a large senior housing development.  Atlas Mechanical performed work on the following buildings: GARDEN TERRACES A thru C - 86,000 sf, 48 Units Two Story Buildings, on Grade VILLAS #1 thru 33- 62 Units, 1-Story Buildings, on Grade GARGES, CARPORTS and GUARDHOUSE - 8 Garages, 21 Carports and 1 Guardhouse.  The development also includes RESIDENTIAL APARTMENTS – 425,000 sf 3-story/4-story 295-unit  COMMONS BUILDING – 44,000 sf, 2 Story Building, POOL BUILDING – 27,000 sf, 2 Story Building, and MAINTENANCE BUILDING - 25,000 sf Maintenance Building.

17 Story high-rise includes 180 senior living units. The ground level will include various indoor and outdoor amenity spaces. The lobby, great room, and bistro area is at the entrance of the building while a dining area and kitchen share the remainder of the first level. A large garden court is placed on the north end of the property that includes seating, dinning space and a pool area for tenants to use. A small covered garden is adjacent to the bistro area as well. The senior living units are placed on levels 2 through 17 with small outdoor terraces on levels 2, 3, 4, 5, 9, 11, and 17. The project includes a three level subterranean parking garage. The first level of parking also includes two enclosed spaces one for back of house space for building operations and the second is a skilled nursing facility that will be used by the neighboring high-rise and be accessed by a separate elevator. 

Furnace Creek Inn and Ranch Resort in Death Valley National Park included updating all of the Inn's public spaces, building a new spa treatment facility and addition of 15 new casitas (30 total rooms). The Ranch includes a larger scale improvements centering around a "Town Square" new restaurant complex, new retail/grocery store, Town Hall (which houses the reception and check-in areas along with an ice cream parlor), maintenance building and offices, and site utility improvements.

The Hotel Figueroa Renovation located in Downtown Los Angeles is a historic renovation from its original 1926 Spanish Colonial decor. The project totals 109,940 square feet throughout three structures each with 12 levels above grade and one level below grade. It includes 268 hotel keys including 63 suites. Amenities include a large lobby social area, an outdoor pool, five restaurants and bars, and in-room dining.
