1500 Granville, a multi-family, mixed-use building spanning 313,000 SF in West Los Angeles. The new five-story complex was developed by CIM Group and designed by Lorcan O'Herligy Architects (LOHA), featuring 153 units, 15,000 SF of retail and 308 spaces of subterranean parking. The building features a contemporary architectural design and offers a mix of studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom and live-work unit floorplans with 16 units set aside as affordable. 1500 Granville won a 2021 Best Projects Award of Merit from Engineering News-Record in the Residential/Hospitality category - ENR California Region.

The buildings are five-story, multi-family housing facility totaling 526,654 square feet of residential area with parking garages. Neptune Marina is inspired by the era of mid-century modern design.

5-Story, 362 market-rate apartments, 2-levels below grade parking + Mezzanine, retail and amenities.  The new building is Type III modified, including 2 basement levels (Type I) with 424 parking stalls, 2 levels + Mezzanine (Type I) within the concrete podium consisting of residential apartments and amenity spaces, and 5 levels (Type III) of wood construction consisting of residential units.  There is 362 apartment units within the building and includes 10,600 sf of ground floor amenity space (including leasing offices), 6,325 sf of second floor (podium level) amenity spaces for fitness and community rooms, an exterior pool and deck on the second floor (podium level), and 4,030 sf of ground floor retail. 

This project includes 313 apartments and associated amenities. Construction includes a 396,995 SF 19-story Type 1 concrete frame tower and a 66,166 SF 4-story Type V wood-framed low rise over a single level Type 1 concrete podium, both over a 3 level Type 1 subterranean garage.

The 8th and Grand Apartment Project is located in Los Angeles bordering the streets of Grand to the North, 8th to the West and Olive on the south side and includes a Whole Foods Store on the ground floor . This project area is approximately 32,500 sf or 3.04 acres in size and consist of the following:  The garage is three stories below grade and one partial level on the ground level. Retail wraps the ground floor parking. Total parking space count is 899 stalls. Starting at floor two, the building houses 700 units of “for rent” apartments on six floors. The rooftop deck has a small pool surrounded by cabanas, a lounge and barbecue area.  The courtyard on floor two has numerous amenities including a larger pool and spa.

Mixed-use development located in the South Park district of downtown Los Angeles. The 7-story, Type I and III structure comprises 347 apartment units built over two levels of subterranean parking and 19,000 SF of retail and amenity spaces.  Individual apartments range from studios to 1- and 2-bedroom units.

The project consists of Type 1A construction of a 18 story high-rise building, including, 223 luxury apartment units, 367,086 gsf of building including 2 levels of above grade and 2 levels of below grade parking. The project included demolition of existing buildings, parking lot, and site improvements. This facility includes a penthouse level pool deck, restaurant/retail spaces and resident gym.
